Raphaëlle Busser co-founded Numa Avocats in 2019 after working for French and international law firms specialised in business law.
Raphaëlle Busser advises and assists companies on all employment law issues and represents them in individual and collective litigation.
She has acquired extensive expertise in areas such as negotiation with employees and the management of company restructuring, and also issues relating to the organisation of working hours.
Raphaëlle Busser also regularly teaches several subjects in employment law.
