Pierre Galland advises and supports the firm’s clients on mergers and acquisitions, financing (bank, mezzanine, etc.), fundraising and corporate group structuring or reorganization.
He has extensive experience in corporate law, which he provides to companies, senior executives and investment funds in their development projects in an international context. He has particular expertise in the renewable energy sector in France and abroad.
