Benjamin Rosso joined Numa Avocats as a founding partner in December 2019 after working for Scotto Partners and PwC Société d’Avocats.
Benjamin advises and supports the firm’s clients in the field of private equity. He works alongside entrepreneurs and investment funds in the area of venture capital (seed capital, Series A, Series B and Series C) and development capital (LBOs, MBOs, joint ventures etc.).
He has developed significant expertise in supporting fast-growing companies and management packages.
Benjamin also assists in mergers and acquisitions and supports the firm’s clients in their external growth, business divestment and corporate group structuring or reorganisation operations.
